Redesign
Need a change? Redesign is the art of using most of your existing stuff to create a fresh new look. There’s no need to cast out your current furniture and accessories that you have collected through the years. The average home takes 5 - 7 hours when 3 rooms are redesigned. Fees are quoted after the initial consultation has been assessed. Typically $500.00 - $800.00

Real Estate Pre Listing Consultation
We know what buyers want! Before the house goes on the market, we will do a thorough assessment of the home, inside and out. We will put together a list of fix ups and changes that can be made now as well as make suggestions on paint options & furniture placement. Tips on Staging, editing, collectables & pets are included. The meeting lasts between 1 - 2 hours and includes a printed report. Typically $225.00

Staging
The cost of staging varies from home to home. But we can discuss your budget and work within it!
More and more realtors are covering this cost as part of their marketing package, because they see the results. If your agent does not cover the cost then payment is due on completion of my consultation.
Typically $500.00 - $1000.00 - minus your consulting fee!
Empty home staging is based on square footage + rental accessories.

Open House Prep
This is your last chance to make sure the house is "show" ready. We will do a final check to make sure everything is in its place, lights on, taps are shiny & pillows are plumped. We will add fresh flowers as well as goodies for your guests (at your cost)... $75.00 flat rate

Personal Shopping
Do you need help selecting items for your home?
We love to shop! We would be glad to source matching items for your new space, or go with you to our favourite shopping spots…
Typically $50.00 / hour

Colour Selection
Do you long for a change but not sure where to start?
Our trained eye uses Benjamin Moore color decks… Urban Redesigns does color applications for both personal & resale applications.
Typically $175.00… Includes a recommendation report.

GST will be added to all invoices.
