Staging
Selling a home is much different from living in a house. It's like dressing up for a special event. Buyers usually don’t come with rose coloured glasses, they come with magnifying glasses.
If you want to sell your home for maximum profit, make it shine like a show home! Every detail - from clutter, cleaning, paint colours, floor coverings, artwork, furnishings, lighting, landscaping and repairs needs to be considered. To compete in the general marketplace, products must be priced right and look better than others. Your home is no different!
Since most buyers see more than 1 property, Urban Redesigns makes the most of the emotional impact of ‘a first impression’!
Decorating & staging are very different!
Decorating is very personal & reflects individual tastes and styles…
Where as staging is impersonal & requires a trained, objective eye to see past the lived in memories…
The Steps to Staging a Home
• A stager from ‘Urban Redesigns’ visits your property & performs a home evaluation, which is presented to the homeowner with specific solutions for the problem areas.
• The realtor, seller & stager agree on the staging date.
• A stager from ‘Urban Redesigns’ creates a “Design Plan" and then either the home owner oversees the recommendations or our staging team completes the recommendations & stages it.
• Prior to closing the sale, ‘Urban Redesigns' staging paraphernalia is removed.
Empty Home Staging
Since Statistics show vacant houses sell almost 80% faster when they are showcased with furniture it is no wonder that realtors as well as builders with property in the final stages of development hire stagers to prepare the home for sale.
Urban Redesigns can provide rental furnishings as well as accessories to showcase any situation to its best advantage!
